Orders
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with the payment methods displayed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers.
Can I use a card issued outside the UK?
Yes. International cards are accepted where supported by our payment providers.
Please note that your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders shortly after they're placed.
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Once an order has entered production or fulfilment, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I return my order?
If something isn't quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help.
Please note that personalised products may only be eligible for return if they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Gifting
Can I send an order directly to someone as a gift?
Yes.
Simply enter the recipient's delivery address during checkout and we'll send the order directly to them.
If you're ordering a personalised item, we recommend checking names and spellings carefully before placing your order.
How can I make sure my gift arrives on time?
We recommend ordering as early as possible, particularly during seasonal periods and holidays.
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and again during checkout.
Can I personalise my order?
Selected products can be personalised.
Available options are shown on the relevant product pages.
As personalised items enter production shortly after ordering, changes may not be possible once processing has begun.
Delivery
Do you deliver throughout the UK?
We aim to deliver across the UK.
Some remote locations, restricted-access addresses and PO boxes may occasionally affect delivery availability or times.
If there's ever an issue with your order, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Not at the moment.
Orders are processed in the order they're received, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is provided with every order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
My order arrived in separate deliveries. Is that normal?
Yes.
Some items may be dispatched separately depending on stock availability, fulfilment partners or production times.
If part of your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, please get in touch and we'll investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Items should be unused and returned in their original condition.
Please note:
- Personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
Please contact us through our Contact page and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) involved
- A brief description of the issue
We'll guide you through the next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and approved your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.
