If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help.

Returning an Item

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item should:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with any original packaging where reasonably possible.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Where possible, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

We'll review your claim as quickly as possible and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or other suitable remedy.

Personalised Products

Personalised products are created specifically for your order and cannot usually be returned unless they arrive:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Different from the personalisation submitted

Please check all names, dates and spellings carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible.

As many of our products are prepared or produced to order, we may not always be able to cancel or accept a return once production or fulfilment has begun.

We'll always do our best to help wherever possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we're unable to accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
