We work with carefully selected fulfilment partners to deliver products across the UK as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days.

During particularly busy periods, including seasonal demand, product launches or public holidays, processing times may occasionally be longer.

If there are any significant delays, we'll keep you informed.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page and again during checkout.

While we always aim to deliver within these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

If you haven't received your tracking information within the expected processing time, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be dispatched in more than one shipment.

This can happen when products are fulfilled by different partners or become available at different times.

You won't be charged additional shipping costs where multiple shipments are required to complete your order.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with the delivery provider to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly before placing your order.

We're unable to guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

The Essentials Edit cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.
